National Maritime Museum

Located on the harbour in Falmouth, Cornwall the splendid National Maritime Museum is a a great place to visit specifically for admirers of small boats, the RNLI and Cornwall.

This museum now houses the national small boat collection previously housed in the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, London.

Some highlights to look out for are;

•  Flotilla – small boats from The National Small Boat collection
• Cornwall and the Sea
• Cornish Quayside – Listen to tales of Cornish fishermen
• the Tidal Zone – go underwater and gaze out through two large windows into the harbour
• the RNLI Rescue Zone

Unfortunately the National Maritime Museum, Cornwall is not free to enter, there is an admission fee.
