The Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum is located on Argyle street in Glasgow and sits on the banks for the River Kelvin.
This Museum, which opened in 1901 has some 22 galleries for you to explore over 2 floors and with over 8000 items on display there is something for every visitor.
It has a very varied collection including Ancient Egypt, Art and Animals.
On the ground floor you can see the Scottish Wildlife, Creature of the past and Ancient Egypt collections.
On the first floor are various Art collections including Dutch art, French art and Scottish identity in art.
The museum is free to enter and you can simply call in with no need to book.
