National Waterfront Museum

The National Waterfront Museum is a museum located in Swansea, Wales, that explores the industrial and maritime heritage of Wales and its people.

The museum opened in 2005 and is located in a former dockside warehouse.

The exhibits include interactive displays, artifacts, and multimedia presentations that tell the story of Wales’s industrial past and its impact on the country and its people.

Collections include;

• Transport, Materials and Networks
• People, Communities and Lives

The museum also features a range of temporary exhibitions, as well as a permanent collection of ship models and maritime artifacts.

The National Waterfront Museum is a part of Amgueddfa Cymru – National Museum Wales, which is the national museum service of Wales.
